ALL SALES FINAL UNLESS ERROR ON SELLER'S PART- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any custom made items such as bonnets, clothing, tutus, tutu dresses, shirts, bling shoes, or anything of that nature. We are not responsible if sizing is incorrect. If you have sizing questions, please contact us prior to ordering and we will be glad to help you,you may also visit our Sizing Chart Page for reference.  We use a standard measuring system. You may also leave your desired measurements for a perfect fit.

Embellishments may differ due to stock or discontinued items but we can guarantee the item will be perfect and very close to the original design.

Please be mindful that we are not responsible for wrong size, length, etc.  We use a standard measuring system for our clothing and shoes.  If you are unsure on sizing please provide measurements.

If at any time you have to send an item back, you are responsible for shipping fees, unless we have agreed to cover the cost for you.

We do not offer an exchange policy.
